Business waitlist, demo and pilot enquiry
The business form collects company, business email address and industry. Name, phone number and message are optional. It also records the selected intent (waitlist, live demo, pilot discussion or question), the form page, language and submission time.
The purpose is to handle your selected waitlist, demo, pilot or contact request. The basis is your consent through the checkbox and handling your enquiry. Joining the waitlist does not create an order or a contract.
The details are sent by email to the responsible PINNEX contact address. A receipt confirmation is sent to the address you enter. The website, mailbox and email delivery are hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. The data is not sold.
Form and email content is retained for no more than 24 months after the last communication and is then deleted or anonymised, unless a legal obligation or an active contract requires longer retention. Form rejection records contain only time, form and reason and are deleted after at most 30 days. Rate-limit records are also deleted after no more than 30 days.
Personal 2027 waitlist and Platinum offer
The personal form collects your email address and your consent to processing the registration. You may provide your name optionally. The form page, language and submission time are also sent. A hidden field and the time spent filling in the form help prevent spam.
We use these details to confirm your non-binding registration for the personal 2027 demo and to contact you about next steps. An entry creates no account, subscription or payment obligation.

Recommending a business
If you recommend a business, we collect its name and town, and optionally your name and email address. Your consent to processing is required. We may mention your identity to the recommended business only if you explicitly agree and provide your name and email address. We do not send an automatic message to the business. We use these details to review the recommendation personally and, if appropriate, make contact. The recommendation is emailed to our PINNEX contact address; the same retention period of at most 24 months after the last communication applies, subject to legal duties.
Source parameters in Facebook and Instagram links
If the link you open includes parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign or utm_content, the page places them in hidden fields of the business or personal registration form or a business recommendation. When you submit, they appear in the internal notification email, not your confirmation. This lets PINNEX identify whether an enquiry came from Facebook or Instagram, for example. No cookies, persistent identifiers or external analytics services are used for this. Without a form submission, this function does not store the parameters separately.
Product preview
The interactive product preview uses fictional demo data. No real service request is sent to a business.
Hosting, fonts and external analytics
This site is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. A visit creates ordinary server logs such as IP address, time and requested file for operations and security.
Fonts (Inter) are hosted locally on pinnex.ch. A page view does not load fonts from Google.
pinnex.ch does not load external web analytics or advertising trackers. The marketing site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The light or dark display preference is stored only in your browser using localStorage (pinnex-theme). The site does not use sessionStorage.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, a copy, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and you may object to processing. You can withdraw consent for the future. Write to 2.0@ruta-tech.ch. Statutory retention obligations remain reserved.
