Digital service passport
PINNEX connects a physical object to digital service actions.
The passport is three things. Object. Authorization. Next action.
It is not a CRM. Not an ERP. Not diagnostics. Not a chatbot.
The QR code is only the entry point. The product is access after the PIN.
Carrier, PINNEX ID, PIN
Carrier: card in the vehicle or sticker on the system. PINNEX ID: visible label, not a secret. PIN: six digits, required after every scan before history, documents or invoice metadata appear.
Action Hub
The surface after the PIN. Only actions for that object. The Action Hub is not the company portal. The portal is for the business, with email and password, set up during onboarding.
Garage and Anlagenpass
Garage first: 100 service cards, CHF 1'950 setup, CHF 149 / month Care. Anlagenpass second: 100 industrial stickers, CHF 2'900 setup, CHF 249 / month Care. Larger scope is individual. Plus VAT where applicable. Pilot 2026. No blanket production availability.
History, invoice, nDSG
Technical history is not an invoice. Only metadata the business approves is released. PINNEX is built with Swiss nDSG awareness. That is not a blanket legal-compliance claim. Flow: scan, PIN, action. Questions: FAQ.
