Key terms
- Service card
- A card with a QR code and visible PINNEX ID in the customer's vehicle. The secret PIN is not printed on the card.
- Vehicle record
- A vehicle's context: approved service history, documents, notes and requests. The garage beta shows this with sample data.
- Wallet
- A planned free personal account for a person's own assets. Basic vehicle access in the demo needs no account.
- Platinum
- An optional planned addition to the personal account, separate from a business account and the free core.
- Pilot
- A supported trial in 2027. Joining a list does not activate an account, booking or payment.
