No. The QR code is only the entry point. PINNEX connects access to an object, a 6-digit PIN, an Action Hub, history, documents, requests and the company portal.
No account is required for the basic flow. After successful PIN access, an optional account can — depending on pilot scope — save several objects and group request updates.
No. The interactive product preview uses fictional demo data. No real request is sent.
Businesses authenticate in the company portal with email and password. Portal access is provided to pilot businesses during onboarding. End users open their object via card or sticker and the 6-digit PIN.
Technical history and approved invoice metadata are handled separately. Original invoices, personal data and internal notes remain protected.
No. PINNEX is positioned as Pilot 2026 for selected Swiss businesses. There is no blanket production availability for every business.
Garage is first: a digital service card for customer vehicles. Anlagenpass is second: an industrial sticker on a heat pump, PV system or installation.
PINNEX Garage 100 Pilot: CHF 1'950 setup and CHF 149 per month. PINNEX Anlagenpass 100: CHF 2'900 setup and CHF 249 per month. Larger Business scope is individual / on request. Plus statutory VAT where applicable.
