As the next product area after Garage validation, a robust PINNEX sticker is planned directly on the heat pump, PV system, inverter or technical installation. In the follow-up pilot, the owner scans, enters the 6-digit PIN and finds service, documents and the next sensible action.

The problem after installation
After installation, lasting access is often missing.
The system is in place. The documentation sits in a folder. A year later the owner looks for the installer — or someone else. The system itself has no simple path back to you.

After the scan and the 6-digit PIN, the owner sees only the documents you released for that system. No open folder. Original invoices stay protected.

In the Action Hub the owner starts a fault, maintenance or a callback on the system. The request arrives with the right system context.

When ownership changes, the previous PIN and access are invalidated. The new owner sets a new PIN. The system retains its technical history, completed work and dates, and the professional service provider. Anonymised document copies may be included; the seller decides whether those copies form part of the transfer. Repair amounts are transferred only with the seller's separate consent, which is off by default. If granted, confirmed costs remain visible in the history to later owners as well. Both parties see the entire transfer scope beforehand on one screen. Personal data, AI chats, private messages and notes, consents and unsanitised originals are not transferred. This is the intended pilot model; it does not claim that fully automatic anonymisation has already been implemented or accepted.
